Recently, the global on-demand printing giant Cimpress reached a final agreement with WirMachenDruck, which will purchased in Germany network printing company.
As a VistaPrint companys parent company, Cimpress has been active in the past two years at the forefront of European mergers and acquisitions.
Cimpress said the latest acquisition is a complement to its investment and support to establishment a platform for mass customization.

Cimpress hope the deal can be at the end of the third quarter of its fiscal year 2016, which is completed by March 31, 2016.
